Golf Accessories Australia want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every order is carefully packaged and individually checked for quality control purposes before being shipped to you. For further peace of mind, Golf Accessories Australia offer a 6-month Warranty which covers product(s) that are faulty or damaged.
Exceptions to the Warranty (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law) are if the fault or damage is due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage arising from improper assembly or modification of the product
- Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse of the product
- Damage, or wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care of the product, or
- Damage to external product packaging only.
In the unlikely event you have an issue with your purchase, please follow the below process to arrange a refund/replacement.
Email 'support@golfaccessoriesaustralia.com.au' with the following details and we will get back to you as soon as possible:
- Proof of purchase (order number and name of purchaser)
- Detailed description of the fault or damage
- Video/photo evidence of the fault/defect
As an Australian-based business, Golf Accessories Australia reserves the right to refuse change of mind returns in line with Australian Consumer Law.
